Our Proven Home Building Process:
#1 Know your budget: As your home builder, we would need to first know your budget. Without knowing how much you can spend, it is impossible to determine the style, size and type of home you can afford. When building, the Homeowner, Architect and Builder all needs to be aligned with the budget from the beginning. Four Stars, your home builder has the latest costs associated with structural design ideas; thus, providing advice on the cost of the home while still in design.
#2 Design & Planning Phase: Is the second most important. This phase allows us to get it right before starting construction, to prevent change orders and cost overrun. Remember nothing great is ever accomplished without first having great plans. We will help you design your home from foundation to finishes.
(If you already have plans we can provide you with a quote to build without creating new plans. Just send them over and we will review within 7-10 days)
#3 Agreement To Build: Once plans are complete, we then will enter an agreement to build based on approved plans. This agreement will outline the complete scope of work, time to complete, final price and all warranty coverage.
#4 Let's Roll!: The most exciting phase! After all the weeks of planning and designing, we are now ready to start bringing your home to life.
#5 Complete - Final Walk - Through: This is when we complete our final walk through and hand off the keys, ready for you to move in!
