Permitting: Four Stars will handle all permitting. From land disturbance, demo, septic to building permit, we will handle the entire process. As licensed contractors we can obtain permits with ease and deal with the city or county inspectors.
Construction: Communication is the key to everything. Our licensed contractor will be with you every step of the way, from initial meeting to final walk through. Before starting you will receive a detailed scope of work, along with agreement and warranty information. Once each phase is completed, we will walk the project with you, before moving to the next phase, to address any concerns or answer any questions.
